Returns and exchanges
A strict no-refund policy applies to all our products unless the condition of the purchased item differs from the advertised description.
However, in some cases, an item can be returned for a SOLESTREET store credit ONLY, which can be used to purchase correct sizing, or a different product. Our SOLESTREET store credits do not have an expiry.
Please ensure you choose your sizes carefully, as in most cases we are unable to guarantee stock availability.
For your item to be considered, it must meet the criteria below:
- Store credit / Exchanges to be made within 28 days of purchase (in-store) / delivery of the item (online)
- Item must be in its original condition, unworn, with all original tags / accessories, must also be in its original packaging in the condition you received it in.
- Any extra laces and / or accessories must also be included.

Nike Mens Air Max 97 - 'Black Cyber' I got a pair of Air Max 97 Cyber Black’s from Pacific fair Sole Street and they are good quality and very comfortable. There’s a lot of cool shoes on display and I’ve been trying to find a pair of 97’s for a while, and these ones look really good.
