 Expected delivery times for NZ standard shipping:

For standard shipping it will range from 3 - 6 business days across all states in Australia.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at info@solestreetau.com

Once your package has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address with your unique tracking number. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.

A signature may be required upon delivery. In the case that no one is available, a card will be left providing further information to collect the package at the local post office. 

Once your package is scanned by the carrier, we are no longer responsible if the package is stolen or lost.

PROCESSING TIMES

Purchases placed on a weekday will be processed within 24-48 hours of the next business day.

Purchases placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.


Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 days. In case of any delays, you will be notified as soon as possible via email.

WHERE IS MY ORDER DISPATCHED FROM?

Solestreet HQ is situated on the Gold Coast, QLD. Orders may also be dispatched from our retail stores located at Pacific Fair and Westfield Chermside.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

All International packages that do not include duties and taxes are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees may be, if applicable at all. We recommend contacting your country's custom office for an estimated charges & rates on packages coming from overseas.

I NEED MY ORDER QUICKLY, WHAT IS THE QUICKEST WAY TO RECEIVE IT?

The safest way to get your order to you in a quick timeframe is by selecting our Express Shipping option at checkout. Please note, our handling services are available only during business hours. Orders placed after 4pm Friday will be dispatched on the following business day.

We will do our best to notify if there are any potential delays prior to ordering.

We also offer in store pick up, orders ready within 5 minutes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME FOR MY ORDER?

If you're not available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to notify you of attempted delivery. The calling card will advise you of where your parcel is to collect.

Please note, attempted delivery is outside of our control. If you have any issues please contact us regarding this issue and we will assist as best as we can. We also recommend contacting the courier directly for further assistance.
