What kind of sneakers can I trade in?

Do the sneakers need to be in good condition?
it is not required as the good condition pairs will be donated to charity and the poor condition pairs will be responsibly recycled.
How is the trade-in value calculated?
Trade-in value is evaluated in store and determined by the price of the item purchased on the day.
Is there a minimum or maximum value I can receive?
Yes. Minimum and maximum trade-in values apply and may change without notice.
Can I use the trade-in value on any sneaker in store?
Trade-in value may be used toward eligible in-store sneaker purchases (must be on same day), subject to exclusions.
Where do the donated sneakers go after I trade them in?
Accepted sneakers are donated to partnered charities or community organisations where possible and poor conditions sneakers will be responsibly recycled.
Can I trade in more than one pair at a time?
Yes, multiple pairs can be assessed in one visit. But only one pair can be traded for one pair per transaction "One Pair, One Impact".
Is this available in-store only or online as well?
This program is currently available in-store only and may change at any time.
Can the trade-in value be combined with other offers or sales?
Trade-in value cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

1. Program Availability
This program is available in-store only at all SOLESTREET locations.
Online purchases are not eligible at this time.
2. Eligible Trade-In Sneakers
Sneakers must be 100% authentic.

Final acceptance of sneakers is at SOLESTREET’s discretion.
3. Trade-In Assessment & Value
Trade-in value is assessed in-store by SOLESTREET staff.
The trade-in value is provided as a dollar-value discount applied at checkout, not as cash.
Trade-in values range from $10 to $150 per pair, depending on the item purchased on the day.
Trade-in value is not redeemable for cash.
4. Purchase Conditions
Trade-in value must be used on the same day as the assessment.
Trade-in value applies to one (1) new sneaker purchase per one (1) traded-in pair.
Trade-in value may be used on any in-store sneaker, unless otherwise stated.
Trade-in value cannot be combined with any other discounts, sales, promotions, or offers.
5. Donation of Sneakers
All accepted trade-in sneakers will be cleaned and donated to charity or community organisations.
Sneakers must meet the condition standards outlined above to ensure suitability for donation.
6. Program Limits
Limit of one trade-in pair per transaction.
SOLESTREET reserves the right to refuse any trade-in that does not meet program requirements.
7. Changes & Discretion
SOLESTREET reserves the right to modify, pause, or end the One Pair, One Impact program at any time without prior notice.
All trade-in assessments, valuations, and eligibility decisions are made at SOLESTREET’s sole discretion.
8. General
Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Australian Consumer Law.
