A strict no-refund policy applies to all our products unless the condition of the purchased item differs from the advertised description.
However, in some cases, an item can be returned for a SOLESTREET store credit ONLY, which can be used to purchase correct sizing, or a different product. Our SOLESTREET store credits do not have an expiry.
Please ensure you choose your sizes carefully, as in most cases we are unable to guarantee stock availability, in agreement with our consigners.
For your item to be considered, it must meet the criteria below:
- Store credit / Exchanges to be made within 28 days of purchase (in-store) / delivery of the item (online)
- Item must be in its original condition, unworn, with all original tags / accessories, must also be in its original packaging in the condition you received it in.
- Any extra laces and / or accessories must also be included.
